Saltimbocca is a typical traditional Neapolitan product. Shaped as a longer panino, it is prepared with the dough used for pizzas. The stuffing may vary as you wish, including mozzarella, sausages etc.
It is perfect for bar to serve a tasty panino in the shortest possible time. A miniaturized version is available for aperitifs, excellent for clubs.
