The pizza in a pan (or “a metro” i.e., “sold by the meter”) is very common in Campania. Topping may vary, since single slices (“pizzette”, i.e., “small pizzas”) are served. Excellent for bars and clubs: six slices may be obtained from one of our pizzas, allowing a varied seasoning of a single base.
